PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, give you a refund or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

Apricity Saunas accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are iN and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY

Apricity Saunas strives to ship orders within 24 hours from the time of order placement. We ship to all of Australia. Shipping to a parcel shop is free. Home delivery costs $5-$10 for Sendle. 

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be picked within 48 hours and delivered 1-3 business days after that. Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a shipping receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs. Please contact us before returning your product to make it as easy as possible.
For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

COD shipments are not accepted.

REFUSAL

In the case of a refund, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES DURING SALES

Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged during periods of sales, special promotions or special discounts.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received the goods.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by using the form which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us.

Should you regret your purchase where a free gift is delivered with the order, the entire order must be returned.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation. This means that you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

If you wish to send the item back to us, we can help you with the label and we will then credit the shipping costs to your refund.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item and it should be in the same condition as when you received it.

If the item has extraordinary signs of use or damage other than what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return.

In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product for 14 days. 

REPAYMENT

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned the goods by then.

REDRESS OPTIONS

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to The Office of Fair Trading.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $100k. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, you can register your complaint in the Office of Fair Trading online complaint platform.

PRIVACY POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the product to you.

The personal data is registered with Apricity Saunas and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in Australia or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

The data controller at Apricity Saunas is the owner/ manager.

You have the right to know what data we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we need it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. CURRENCY CONVERSION

By using our website, you (the visitor) consent to third parties processing your IP address to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this so that the selected currency remains selected and consistent when browsing our website so that prices can convert to your (the visitor's) local currency.

Refund Policy


REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You can initiate your refund via return post. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has heavy wear and tear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.

Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the full purchase amount back to you.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please follow the instructions given when requesting a return

You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for the return of your package. We can not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
